1. DATA WE COLLECT
When you contact us through the website, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, message and any other information you choose to provide. The website and its service providers may also process technical information necessary for security and operation, such as IP address, device and browser information, access time, referring pages and cookie preferences.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
2. WHY AND ON WHAT BASIS WE PROCESS DATA
We process enquiry data to respond to you, assess project requirements, prepare quotations and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We may also process business correspondence and limited technical data for website security, service administration and the protection of legal claims on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We will only send marketing communications where there is a separate lawful basis.

Personal data may be accessed by authorised persons working for GNA and by service providers that help us operate the website, email and IT systems. The website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix acts as a data processor for information submitted through the website. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary or legally required.
